What is the purpose of Outdoor Training?

This effective experiential learning methodology allows the empowerment of individuals and work teams, developing talent and skills such as communication, initiative, creativity, decision-making, strategic thinking, emotional intelligence, negotiation, leadership, teamwork and conflict resolution.

It consists of experiencing a set of entertaining outdoor activities or challenges, specially designed for the specific needs of each company's teams and facilitated by a team of facilitators and coaches who encourage reflective analysis.

There are two blocks: a short Indoor introductory block with interactive dynamics and a longer Outdoor block with outdoor activities and challenges.
