One-day Team Building training program (approx. 9 hours) for groups of companies, whose main activity is to design, build and sail a Viking Ship. Includes room, rapporteur, complementary indoor and outdoor activities, breakfast, Cascada Premium lunch menu and a closing coffee.
What is it for?

A very entertaining and motivating teamwork and communication challenge as they must design, build and sail a Viking Ship with few materials that can withstand the weight of 8 sailors. It challenges the team to develop their creativity, communication, planning, coordination and commitment.

Viking Ship is a collaborative activity that generates integration, improves communication, develops bonds and helps people improve their teamwork skills for planning, organization, coordination of actions and time management. It allows to become aware of the strengths and weaknesses of the team to achieve its objectives.
